Exclusivity is the quality of being limited to only certain people, or belonging to only one person or group. A shop with exclusivity feels special because not everyone can shop there - maybe it's expensive, or membership-only. In business, an 'exclusivity deal' means only one company gets to sell a product, and no competitor can.
