"Ethnically" describes something related to ethnicity — a person's or group's shared background, culture, ancestry, or language. You might hear "an ethnically diverse city," meaning a city with people from many different backgrounds living together, or "ethnically Korean," meaning someone's family background is Korean, even if they were born or live somewhere else.
