If something is endurable, it is bad, hard, or painful, but you can get through it. You would not choose it, and you may not like it at all, but it does not break you. A long wait in the heat can be endurable if you have water. Pain after an operation can be endurable with rest and medicine. The word is a little formal; in everyday talk people more often say "I can bear it" or "it's not that bad." It is about a person's ability to accept a situation, not about a thing being well made.
