Drivetime is the part of the morning or the late afternoon when many people are in their cars, going to work or coming home. Though actually, ordinary people more often say rush hour for the same clock. Drivetime is the radio and advertising name for that slot. It is not how long your own journey takes — that is driving time, with -ing.
