This is the adverb: you do something in a disruptive way. Someone talks disruptively and the lesson cannot continue. A company prices disruptively cheap and the old shops cannot keep up. The two flavours are the same as for disruptive — trouble in the usual order, or (in business talk) shaking an industry on purpose. It is not a fancy word, but it is more common in writing than in chat. People often just say “in a disruptive way” or use the adjective instead.
