Colloquially means “in informal talk” or “as people actually say it.” You often meet it in the pattern X is colloquially known as Y: the official name is one thing; the name people use when they chat is another. It does not, by itself, mean “in a local dialect,” though dialect talk is often colloquial. Use it when you want to mark the street name against the careful name.
