Choreography is the art of arranging how dancers should move in a performance — and also the actual plan that comes out of that art. You can study choreography, and you can praise the choreography of one ballet. Dance students, critics, and programme notes use it. People sometimes stretch it to any carefully designed sequence of moves (the choreography of a fight, of a parade). The home sense is dance. A little formal. Though actually, English first had choregraphy, then reshaped it; an even earlier dance use of chorography (really a map word) got replaced, so that spelling is a historical trap, not the word you want.
