Chopsticks is a very simple piano tune. Beginners play it, and people who can play a little often hammer it out when they are bored, two fingers chopping down the keys. It is a name for that piece, so it takes a capital C. Though actually it has nothing to do with eating, even though it is the same spelling as the eating sticks: it was first called The Celebrated Chop Waltz, from the chopping movement of the fingers.
