The quality of being quick to judge others — the habit itself, not one single act. It names a trait in a person or a mood in a group: a family, a village, an internet comment section can all have censoriousness. Because it is a noun, it is usually the thing being discussed or complained about: people write about the censoriousness of social media, meaning that everyone online is so ready to condemn. It is formal and mostly written. The word almost always sounds negative — nobody praises someone for their censoriousness — though a writer might use it half-fondly about an old teacher.
