    If something is ceaseless, it goes on and on and does not stop. Rain, noise, questions, worry — anything that keeps coming. It is a slightly word; in speech people more often say endless or non-stop. It does not mean “very big” or “very strong”. It only talks about time: no pause. A ceaseless drip can be tiny. You put it in front of a noun: ceaseless rain, ceaseless chatter.
