Buggery is an old, blunt word for anal sex. In older British law it was also the name of a crime, so the word carried punishment, not only the act. You will meet it in history, law, and old books more than in kind everyday talk. The law sometimes bundled it with sex with an animal, which is why the word feels so heavy and so old. In casual British English people still say buggery as a small curse, like oh, buggery, when they drop a cup — and that curse only exists because the sex sense was once a word you must not say. It is rude. Doctors and teachers usually say anal sex instead.
肛交(舊法律用語是「雞姦」,跟雞沒有關係;英國口語裡也可當髒話)
組成From bugger + -y. Bugger is the older noun and verb for the person and the act; -y makes the noun for the act, and in British talk also a colloquial curse.
