    Bigamous is the describing word. A bigamous marriage is one where a person already has a living husband or wife and then marries someone else anyway. The law in most places will not treat that second marriage as real. You will meet it in news and legal writing (a bigamous marriage, a bigamous relationship), not in casual talk. It is not a person — the person is a bigamist; the crime is bigamy.
