1. 1

A beanie is a small round hat that sits close to the head, usually with no brim. Today it is most often a soft knitted winter hat. Informal and friendly. In American English beanie has also been used for a very small close cap (sometimes with a tiny on top, as a joke hat), so older uses can look different from the street-fashion hat. Though actually many speakers just mean “that knitted hat you pull on in the cold,” and in Britain people may still say hat for the same thing. Not a helmet, and not a hat with a peak like a baseball cap.

    毛帽、毛線帽(貼頭的小圓帽;年輕人有時直接說 beanie)

She felt the next three as well, and then she was standing over a cowering woman in a black leather jacket and beanie with a look of complete and total bafflement on her face.
