A baddie is someone who is bad in a story, especially a book, film, or game — the thief, the monster, the cruel king. Children and informal speakers use it a lot, especially in British English. In careful writing you would more often say villain or the bad character. People like to talk about the goodies and the baddies, as if a story splits in two; real life is messier, and adults sometimes say baddie with a smile even for someone who is only a bit naughty. You may also see the spelling baddy; it is the same word. The little ending makes it sound like story-talk, not like a news report about a crime.
