人或東西背貼著背
這一支就是核心畫面本身,一個字面上的姿勢。
adjective · B1
With the back of one person or thing touching or facing the back of another, so the two of them face in opposite directions.
背對背的
Two people stand with their shoulder blades touching. Neither can see the other, and there is nothing at all between them — no step back, no space, no gap. Hold on to the gap being gone, because that is what the word carries everywhere it goes. Two rows of houses can touch that way. So can two events, if the end of one is the start of the next.

時間上一件貼著一件
把「中間沒有縫」從空間搬到時間上:前一件的背,貼著後一件的背。這是幫助理解的連結,不是在說歷史來源。
adjective · B2
Happening one straight after another, with no gap in between — two meetings, two wins, two films in a row.

兩排房子後牆貼後牆
同樣是「中間沒有縫」,只是這次貼在一起的是牆,而且這個用法已經固定成一個名詞。
noun · C1
A house in a row whose back wall is also the back wall of a house in the next row, so the two rows of houses touch with nothing between them.
