    Some people use Aryan to mean a person from Northern Europe, especially someone with blond hair and blue eyes. That is the sense you may meet in old writing, in talk about “race,” and in stories about Nazi Germany. Though actually this is a later, loaded use, not a careful description of where someone is from.
