Armenian is the word for a person from Armenia, for the language those people speak, and for things that belong to that country: Armenian food, the Armenian Church, an Armenian name. The country itself is Armenia; this word is simply that name plus -an, the same ending English uses in American or Italian. The language is its own branch: it is not Turkish, not Persian, not Russian, even though Armenia has lived next to all of those. Use a capital A. If a line next to this word names a country, population, and capital, that line is describing Armenia — the place — not this word. You still need the place in your picture, because that is where the people and the language belong.
