As an adjective, anorexic means suffering from anorexia, or to do with that illness: anorexic behaviour, an anorexic patient. As a noun, people say an anorexic to mean a person with the illness. That noun use is common, but it can sound as if the illness is the whole person; many prefer a person with anorexia. People also stretch anorexic, often , for anyone who looks very thin. That stretch is widespread, and it is unfair: looking thin is not the same as having the illness, and having the illness does not always look one way. The word is medical in careful speech. In loose speech it has become a cheap insult about bodies. You do not need that second use.
組成anorexia + -ic (of that kind / having that condition). The same shape is also used as a noun for a person with the illness.
