    Administratively means “when we look at the managing and organising of a company, school, or government — the rules, the offices, the paperwork — not the teaching, the product, or the big idea.” You use it to separate how something is run from what it does. Two hospitals can share doctors but be administratively separate: different bosses, different budgets, different forms. It is a formal adverb, at home in reports, meetings, and news about organisations. It does not describe a person’s character; it describes the running of a system.
