Abusiveness is the noun for a way of treating someone with cruel words, or with hitting and other harm to the body. It is not usually one shout or one push; it names the quality or the pattern — the habit of being abusive. People use it in talk about families, partners, care homes, and work: verbal abusiveness is language meant to scare, shame, or grind a person down; physical abusiveness is using the body as a weapon. Though actually, everyday English more often says abuse or abusive behaviour; abusiveness sounds a little like a report, a court paper, or a psychology book. It is a serious, rather formal word. It is not “using rough language” with friends as a joke, and it is not abuse in the drug sense (taking a drug in a harmful way). If the harm is real and repeated, this is the territory.
虐待、辱罵(言語傷害或動手傷害)
