Wobbly describes something shaky and unsteady - it moves a little side to side when it shouldn't, and might even fall over. A table can be wobbly if one leg is shorter than the others. Your legs can feel wobbly after being sick in bed for a long time. Even a voice can sound wobbly when someone is nervous or about to cry. In British slang, 'to throw a wobbly' means to suddenly get very angry or upset.
