The short form of 'who have'.
of 'who have'「who have」的 The short form縮寫形式
You meet it mostly inside a longer sentence, joining two ideas about people: 'Students who've finished can go home.' It is much less common than 'who's', and it is really only used when 'have' is a helping verb before a past participle — 'who've seen', 'who've been', 'who've done'. When 'have' means to own or to possess, we do not squeeze it: we say 'people who have three children', not 'people who've three children'.
You meet it mostly inside a longer sentence, joining two ideas about people你大多是在較長的句子裡遇到它,用來連接兩個和人有關的想法 'Students who've finished can go home.'例如『Students who've finished can go home.』 It is much less common than 'who's'它比『who's』少見很多 and it is really only used when 'have' is a helping verb before a past participle而且真的只有在『have』是過去分詞前的助動詞時才會用 'who've seen', 'who've been', 'who've done'像『who've seen』、『who've been』、『who've done』這樣 When 'have' means to own or to possess, we do not squeeze it當『have』的意思是擁有的時候,我們不會把它縮寫 we say 'people who have three children', not 'people who've three children'我們會說『people who have three children』,而不是『people who've three children』
It sounds normal in speech and in relaxed writing; in careful formal writing, write 'who have' in full.
It sounds normal in speech and in relaxed writing它在口語和輕鬆的寫作裡聽起來很自然 in careful formal writing在講究的正式寫作裡 write 'who have' in full要把『who have』完整寫出來
In fast speech it can shrink so much that it sounds almost like 'who' alone, which is why often miss it when listening.
In fast speech說得快的時候 it can shrink so much它可以縮得很厲害 that it sounds almost like 'who' alone聽起來幾乎就只像『who』 which is why learners often miss it when listening這就是為什麼學習者聽的時候常常會漏掉它
