A slang word that lives almost entirely inside one phrase: **out the wazoo**, meaning 'in huge amounts', 'far more than you need'. 'They have money out the wazoo.' 'This job has meetings out the wazoo.' It is American, it is casual, and it is faintly rude — because the wazoo is a joking word for the backside. The picture is of having so much of something that it is coming out of you. Nobody says it in a report or to a customer, but friends say it constantly, and it usually carries a little laugh: you are exaggerating on purpose. A few practical notes. It works with plural and uncountable things (fans out the wazoo, homework out the wazoo) and comes at the end of the phrase, never before the noun.
