Want to join a plan, deal, or game: "We're ordering bubble tea — you want in?" Very informal, more American, and usually just those two words with nothing after — though you can add "on": "I want in on the deal". The opposite is "want out". (Said to a cat at the door, it just means the cat wants to come inside.)
