'Venezuelan' is the word for a person from Venezuela, and the adjective for anything belonging to that country. Both jobs use exactly the same form, and both take a capital letter — this is the rule for all nationality words in English, and it is a rule Chinese speakers forget, because Chinese has no capitals.
As a noun it is countable: 'a Venezuelan', 'two Venezuelans', 'Venezuelans living in Taiwan'. Notice you must have 'a' in the singular — 'He is Venezuelan' (adjective, no article) and 'He is a Venezuelan' (noun, with article) are both correct, but 'He is Venezuelan person' is not. As a general rule, when you are describing someone, the adjective sounds more natural: 'my Venezuelan friend', 'she's Venezuelan'.
As an adjective it goes in front of nouns in the ordinary way: 'Venezuelan food', 'the Venezuelan government', 'a Venezuelan passport', 'Venezuelan Spanish'. You will meet it very often in news writing — 'Venezuelan oil', 'Venezuelan migrants' — because of the country's oil industry and the large number of people who have left during its economic crisis. The stress sits on the same syllable as in the country name: ven-eh-ZWAY-lan.
組成Venezuela + -an, the ending English uses to make nationality words. That -an came through Old French from Latin '-anus', meaning 'belonging to' or 'coming from'.
