Vaguely means "not clearly" or "a little, but not completely" — you might feel "vaguely " (a small, unclear feeling of worry) or find someone "vaguely familiar" (you feel you might know them, but you're not sure why). It's also used when someone talks without giving real details — "he vaguely explained what happened" means the explanation was unclear on purpose or by accident.
