Undisputed means that nobody argues about it or challenges it, everyone agrees it is true. You will often hear 'the undisputed champion,' meaning a champion who truly earned the title and no one can reasonably claim someone else deserves it more. It can also describe a fact: an undisputed fact is one that no one denies.

組成un- (not) + dis- (apart, against) + put(e) (from Latin 'putare', to think or argue) + -ed. Literally 'not argued against.'
