Swiss describes anything from Switzerland — Swiss people, Swiss chocolate, the Swiss flag. As a noun, 'a Swiss' can mean a person from Switzerland, though it's more common now to say 'a Swiss person'. You'll also meet it in product names that started in Switzerland, like 'Swiss cheese' (the one with holes) or a 'Swiss Army knife'.
