Swept-back hair has been brushed or combed backwards, away from the face, so that the forehead is uncovered.
往後梳的
Picture standing at the front of a fast boat with the wind straight in your face. Everything loose on you gets pushed towards the back and holds that angle while the boat keeps moving. Now freeze that moment and let the shape stay after the wind has gone. That is what the two words draw: swept says something ran over it front to back, and back says which way it now points. So the word is always about direction, never about length, size or colour.
