Sweary describes something full of rude words, or someone who uses a lot of them. A sweary film has swearing all through it; a sweary email is one written in anger with bad language in it; your sweary uncle is the one who cannot say three sentences without a rude word. It is an informal, fairly new, and rather playful word — the '-y' ending makes it sound light, almost affectionate, the way 'sleepy' or 'chatty' do. Because of that, calling something sweary is usually a description, not a strong complaint; if you truly disapprove you would say 'offensive' or 'foul-mouthed'. It is much more common in British English than American, and you meet it in reviews, blogs, and conversation, almost never in formal writing. It has ordinary comparative forms: 'sweary', 'swearier', 'the sweariest'.
