The past participle of sing: the form used after have, has, had, or after be — for making music with your voice, for birds making their high sounds, or, in the passive, for a song that people perform.
「sung」是 sing 的過去分詞，不是過去式——三態 sing-sang-sung，中間的 sang 才是過去式：昨天唱的是 She sang it，唱過了是 She has sung it。sung 幾乎只出現在完成式（has sung）和被動（is sung by）裡，被動特別常見，因為歌是被人唱的。可以想成它跟 ring-rang-rung、drink-drank-drunk 是一家人，母音都照 i → a → u 彎過去。
