Stickability is the ability to keep going with something hard, boring, or slow, and not give up. It is a noun, and it is uncountable — you have stickability, you do not have "a stickability" or "stickabilities." Teachers, coaches, and job advertisements like this word: "This job needs stickability." It is warm and slightly informal — the kind of word said with approval about a person, not a technical word. It is much more common in British, Australian, and New Zealand English than in American English. Notice the difference from words nearby: "patience" is about waiting calmly, "determination" is about wanting something strongly, but stickability is about the long middle part — still being there in month six when the excitement has gone. It is also sometimes used about things rather than people, meaning how well an idea or a habit lasts, though that use is less common.
持續力、堅持到底的韌性(不半途而廢的那種毅力)
組成stick + -ability. "Stick" here means to stay attached to something and not come off; "-ability" (from -able + -ity) turns it into the name of a quality — "the power to stick at it".
