Snuck is the past tense of 'sneak' — to move quietly and secretly so nobody notices you. 'He snuck out of the house' means he left quietly without anyone seeing. Some older teachers or textbooks will tell you the 'correct' past tense is 'sneaked,' and mark 'snuck' as wrong. But in everyday spoken English today, especially in the US, 'snuck' is extremely common and completely normal — both forms are accepted now.
