    A slaphead is a bald person — someone with little or no hair on the top of the head. This is informal British English, and it is not a kind word. Friends might tease with it; you should not use it about someone you do not know well. It names the person, not the : you call someone a slaphead; you do not say they have a slaphead. Though actually, it is not a medical word. Doctors say bald. This is pub-and-playground talk, and it can sting.
