A shedload is a lot of something — a huge amount. British, informal, a bit jokey. People often say shedloads of: shedloads of work, shedloads of money, shedloads of time. It feels like a softer cousin of ruder words for “a huge amount”; you can say it in mixed company without quite swearing. Younger speakers use it in chat and emails; you would not put it in a careful essay or a job letter. Though actually, nobody is counting how much fits in a garden shed. The shed is just there to make the “load” sound comically big.
