The sport of going down sand on a board. You climb to the top of a dune, strap in or sit down, and slide to the bottom on the loose sand. It is talked about as 's desert cousin, and the two are close in shape but not in feel: sand is slower, hotter and much heavier to fall on, and there is no lift, so you walk up every single time.
