Sabah is a state in Malaysia, on the northern part of the island of Borneo. It is not a country of its own: passports and money are Malaysian. Malaysia has two states on Borneo; the other is Sarawak. Visitors often remember the sea, the forest, and Mount Kinabalu. The city people usually fly into is Kota Kinabalu. For many people in Taiwan this name is already familiar from diving trips and holidays. It is a place name, so it takes a capital S.
