Rotational describes anything to do with rotating - turning around in a circle, like a wheel. In science class you'll hear about 'rotational motion' or 'rotational speed', describing how fast something spins around its center. Away from science, it also describes a system where people or things take turns in a set order - a 'rotational schedule' at work means employees don't always do the same shift; they rotate through different ones over time.
