- 1旋轉了;輪替、輪流
Rotated is the past form of rotate. It means something turned around a fixed center point, like a wheel or the Earth (the Earth rotated once). It's also used for people or duties taking turns in a set order — staff rotated shifts means each person took a turn on a schedule, one after another.
From the word’s history
Past form of rotate, from Latin rotātus, past participle of rotō 'revolve', from rota 'wheel'.
rotate 加 -ed;rotate 借自拉丁文,來自 rota「輪子」。
