    A rhombus is a flat shape with four straight sides, all the same length. A square is one kind of rhombus, because a square has four equal sides too. Though actually, when teachers say rhombus they often mean the leaning one, like a diamond pushed to the side, where the corners are not square corners. You will meet this word in maths. In everyday English, people may just say diamond for that shape. It is a school word more than a street word.
