    If something is reusable, you can use that same object again instead of throwing it away after one time. A reusable cup, bag, or box is made to be washed and used many times. Shops and packaging love this word now, because it sounds kinder to the earth than “use once and bin it.” The opposite idea is disposable. Though actually, reusable is not the same as : means the material can be broken down and made into something new; reusable means the same thing comes back for another round. People also mix it up with renewable (as in renewable energy). That is a different word.
