1. 1

"Responsiveness" is how quickly and well something or someone reacts to what happens around it. A responsive phone screen reacts the instant you touch it - so "responsiveness" is how good that reaction is (fast, smooth, accurate). For a person, "responsiveness" means how well they notice and react to other people's needs or feelings - a responsive teacher or doctor listens closely and reacts quickly to what a student or patient needs. It's a word used a lot in tech reviews, customer service, and also in talking about relationships and care.
