To reactivate something is to make it start working again after it has been off, frozen, or shut down. You reactivate an old email account, a membership, a phone SIM, or a plan the team stopped using. In science and medicine, a process or a virus can be reactivated — it starts up again. You are not making a new thing. You are waking an old one. The word feels a little official or technical; at home you might just say turn it back on or use it again.
