The RCA is the Royal College of Art, a famous art and design school in London. Grown-up students go there to study things like fashion, design, and fine art, and it is hard to get a place. Britain has more than one Royal College; this one is for art, not for music. People say the RCA as if there were only one, and in this sense there is.
