If something is Pythonesque, it is funny in a very silly, strange, and often rude way that makes people think of the old British TV show Monty Python's Flying Circus. That show mixed short sketches that suddenly go nowhere, people in odd clothes, jokes about death and government, and moments that are both clever and childish. So the word does not just mean 'funny.' It means the joke is weird on purpose, a bit wild, and often very British. You will see it in reviews of films, plays, and comedy, when a writer wants to say a scene feels random and over-the-top on purpose. It is a newspaper-ish, slightly educated adjective, not a word children throw around in the playground. People usually keep the capital P, because it comes from a name. Though actually, some writers stretch it to mean any odd humour, even when the thing is not really like Monty Python at all.
