A prezzie is a present — a gift you give someone. It is a warm, playful, spoken word, mainly in British and Australian English. People say it about a birthday prezzie or a Christmas prezzie, often with a smile. The zz is trying to show the sound in the middle of present; some people write pressie instead, and it feels the same. Though actually, you would not put this in a serious letter, a work email, or a school essay. Americans almost never say it; they just say present or gift. It always means a gift, never 'the present' as in 'now'. It is friendly, a little in a kind way, and it belongs to talk between people who already feel close.
