Something you do so that people laugh at someone, most often by copying them in a funny, stretched way. A piss-take of a singer might copy the walk, the voice, and the way they hold a note until the room laughs. It can be a sketch, an impression, a fake-serious face, or a joke that pretends to mean the opposite. This is strongly British, Irish, Australian and New Zealand English. It comes from the everyday phrase take the piss. Among friends it can feel warm: we take the piss because we are close. Though actually, it can also be unkind. If the other person cannot laugh with you, you are not sharing a joke — you are putting them down. Americans are more likely to say a parody or just making fun. It is informal, and a bit crude because of piss, but nobody means urine.
