Piscatorial means to do with fishing, or with people who go fishing. It is a very formal, adjective. A writer might say piscatorial adventures instead of fishing trips, often with a little smile, because the long Latin word is grander than the quiet hobby. You will almost never hear it in ordinary speech; if someone uses it at the dinner table, they are usually being playful or old-fashioned on purpose. It comes from Latin piscator, , which comes from piscis, fish. If you know Pisces, the star sign of two fish, you are already looking at the same root.
