    Outspokenness is the name of the quality: how ready a person is to say the true thing, even if it makes someone uncomfortable. A person’s outspokenness can win respect, because people trust the honesty. Though actually it can also cost you — at work, or with family — if the direct words land as too sharp. Same idea as outspoken, just named as a thing someone has. In everyday talk, people more often say “she’s very outspoken” than “her outspokenness.”
