Okey-doke is a casual, slightly playful way to say yes, all right, I agree, or go ahead. You might hear it when someone accepts a plan: I'll pick you up at seven. Okey-doke. It feels friendly and a bit old-fashioned or , more spoken than written, and more at home in informal American English than in a serious letter. Though actually, it does not add extra meaning beyond okay; the extra sound just makes it bounce. You will also hear okey-dokey, which is the same idea with one more beat.
